Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills
This course is appropriate for teenagers and adults struggling with intense emotions seeking supplemental Dialectical Behavioral Skills outside of one of our in house groups. This is the same content taught to individuals in our face to face groups only without the ability to ask questions or apply information in a group format. You will learn the core concepts of DBT such as dialectical thinking, mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
